Wifnix LLC es una empresa de responsabilidad limitada debidamente organizada bajo las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico, dedicada a la instalación, mantenimiento y venta de sistemas de videovigilancia (CCTV), aires acondicionados (HVAC), redes empresariales, continuidad operacional, diseño web e inteligencia artificial.
Wifnix LLC is a limited liability company duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, engaged in the installation, maintenance and sale of video surveillance systems (CCTV), air conditioning systems (HVAC), business networks, business continuity, web design and artificial intelligence.
Al contratar cualquier servicio o adquirir productos de Wifnix LLC, el cliente acepta íntegramente los presentes términos y condiciones.
By hiring any service or purchasing products from Wifnix LLC, the client fully accepts these terms and conditions.

Todos los precios están expresados en dólares estadounidenses (USD) e incluyen mano de obra e instalación salvo indicación contraria.
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) and include labor and installation unless otherwise stated.
IVU: Todos los productos y servicios están sujetos al Impuesto sobre Ventas y Uso (IVU) del 10.5% vigente en Puerto Rico, según la Ley Núm. 1-2011 y sus enmiendas.
IVU (Puerto Rico sales tax): All products and services are subject to the 10.5% Sales and Use Tax (IVU) in effect in Puerto Rico, under Act No. 1-2011, as amended.
Para proyectos mayores de $1,000, Wifnix LLC puede requerir un depósito del 50% al momento de la firma del contrato, con el balance a la entrega del servicio.
For projects over $1,000, Wifnix LLC may require a 50% deposit when the contract is signed, with the balance due upon delivery of the service.
Wifnix LLC no acepta pagos en efectivo para proyectos mayores de $500 en cumplimiento con las regulaciones de prevención de lavado de dinero aplicables en Puerto Rico.
Wifnix LLC does not accept cash payments for projects over $500, in compliance with the anti-money-laundering regulations applicable in Puerto Rico.
Los equipos vendidos por Wifnix LLC están sujetos a la garantía del fabricante según los términos específicos de cada marca. Wifnix LLC actúa como intermediario en reclamaciones de garantía de fabricante (RMA) sin asumir responsabilidad directa por defectos de fabricación.
Equipment sold by Wifnix LLC is covered by the manufacturer's warranty under the specific terms of each brand. Wifnix LLC acts as an intermediary in manufacturer warranty claims (RMA) without assuming direct responsibility for manufacturing defects.
La garantía de mano de obra cubre defectos atribuibles directamente al trabajo realizado por Wifnix LLC. No cubre daños causados por mal uso, fenómenos naturales, vandalismo, voltajes irregulares, modificaciones realizadas por terceros o falta de mantenimiento preventivo.
The labor warranty covers defects directly attributable to work performed by Wifnix LLC. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural events, vandalism, irregular voltage, modifications made by third parties, or lack of preventive maintenance.
De conformidad con el Reglamento de DACO (Departamento de Asuntos del Consumidor) de Puerto Rico:

Wifnix LLC NO vende, alquila ni comparte información personal de sus clientes con terceros con fines comerciales. La información solo se comparte con proveedores necesarios para la prestación del servicio (procesadores de pago, mensajería) bajo acuerdos de confidencialidad.
Wifnix LLC does NOT sell, rent or share its clients' personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Information is shared only with the vendors needed to deliver the service (payment processors, messaging) under confidentiality agreements.

La responsabilidad máxima de Wifnix LLC en cualquier caso no excederá el monto pagado por el cliente por el servicio específico en disputa.
Wifnix LLC's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the amount the client paid for the specific service in dispute.
Los planes de mantenimiento son contratos de servicios con renovación automática mensual o anual según lo acordado. El cliente puede cancelar con 30 días de anticipación sin penalidad. Wifnix LLC se reserva el derecho de ajustar los precios de los planes con 60 días de notificación previa.
Maintenance plans are service contracts that renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, as agreed. The client may cancel with 30 days' notice at no penalty. Wifnix LLC reserves the right to adjust plan pricing with 60 days' prior notice.

Before starting any legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt a resolution through mediation before the Conflict Mediation Center of the Puerto Rico Department of Justice or before DACO, as applicable.
Wifnix LLC se reserva el derecho de modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios serán publicados en wifnix.com con al menos 30 días de anticipación. El uso continuado del portal o servicios tras la fecha de vigencia de los cambios constituye aceptación de los nuevos términos.
Wifnix LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on wifnix.com at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the portal or the services after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
